Embroidery can be done on any fabric without limitation, but thicker fabrics are recommended for a better look and more meaningful embroidery. AMATI Print offers 15-colour embroidery technology with the ability to embroider the finest colour details and details.
Embroidery limitations
The embroidery colours are selected from the shades available in the catalogue of available threads in order to achieve the most accurate embroidery result, but may differ from the defined logo print colours. There are limits to the height of the letters and the width of the lines. For each embroidery a mock-up of the embroidery must be prepared, this would be created from a vector graphic file. There are areas of the garment where the embroidery machine cannot access, this is agreed with the client by the embroiderer. Before each embroidery, the embroidery layout is agreed with each customer electronically.
Embroidery care
The durability of the embroidery is very high and the embroidered product can be safely washed according to the garment manufacturer's instructions. Do not wash in very hot water.
Embroidery products
Embroidery can be done on T-shirts, workwear, bags, hats, towels and blankets. We embroider in bulk, and we also embroider unique products of individual design in one copy. We embroider on customer's workwear, towels or other products, or offer to place individual orders for products, clothing, workwear with us.
Embroidery costs
The cost of embroidery depends on several factors, such as the number of needle stitches, the complexity of the embroidery and the production time of the finished embroidery.
