Processing of personal data
AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. processes personal data in accordance with the purpose of collection and legal grounds. AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. processes the Client's data using modern technologies, taking into account the existing privacy risks, financial and technical resources reasonably available to AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd.

Refusal of the Client to provide personal data to AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd., which are strictly necessary for the performance of certain actions, shall prevent the Client from receiving and AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. from performing certain actions, for example, to purchase goods in the online store of AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd.

For high quality and fast execution of the Customer's purchases, AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. may authorise third parties or its cooperation partners to perform certain delivery operations, such as shipping of the purchased goods, sending of invoices, etc. If, for the performance of these tasks, third parties or business partners process the Customer's personal data held by AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd, the third parties or business partners concerned shall be considered as processors and AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd shall be entitled to transfer the Customer's personal data necessary for the performance of the tasks to them to the extent necessary for the performance of the specific activities.  AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd.'s business partners will ensure compliance with the requirements of personal data processing and protection in accordance with the requirements of AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. and the legislation.

AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. protects the Client's data using modern technologies, taking into account the existing privacy risks and the organisational, financial and technical resources reasonably available to AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. 

The period of time for which the personal data will be stored:

AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. shall store and process the Client's personal data for as long as at least one of the following criteria exists:

- the data is necessary for the purpose for which it was received;
- as long as AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd or the Client can exercise his/her legal interests in accordance with the procedure established by the external regulatory enactments;
- as long as there is an obligation for AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. to store the data, as defined in external regulatory and normative acts.

After the circumstances referred to in this paragraph expire, the Client's personal data shall be deleted.

The Client has the right to receive the information required by the applicable laws and regulations in relation to the processing of his/her data. The Client also has the right to request access to his/her personal data from AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. in accordance with the laws and regulations, as well as to request AMATI PROJEKTS Ltd. to supplement, modify or delete them, or to restrict processing in relation to the Client. The Client may submit a request for the exercise of his/her rights:
