TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY.

www.amatiprint.eu  - the Seller;

All goods and products - the Goods;

The person who has purchased the Goods from the Seller - the Customer.

Within the period prescribed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union, the warranty shall apply if the conditions set out in the warranty have been complied with and if the defects are caused by defects in the manufacturing process, design and have been brought to the attention of the Customer within the warranty period.

The Customer, having purchased the Goods from the Seller, shall be entitled to an exchange of the Goods if the Goods are not as ordered.

1. The Goods are not subject to return in the following cases:
   1. the Buyer has approved the print layout, but on receipt of the Goods discovers an error in the print or layout.
   2. the Goods are mechanically damaged, have fallen or have been improperly transported by the Customer.
   3. Damage caused by improper use or opening.
   4. The conditions of use specified in the instructions for use have not been observed.
   5. Traces of unqualified tampering and/or repairs by the Customer or another third party.
   6. The product intended for personal (household) use has been used for industrial and/or professional purposes, as well as for other purposes which do not correspond to its intended use.
   7. Damage caused by the entry of a foreign object, substance or insect into the Goods
   8. The damage is caused by the environment - dust, humidity, liquids, accidental external factors (lightning, heavy rain, flood, fire, etc.) and/or natural disasters (flood, storm, fire, etc.).
   9. If the Customer is unable to produce the document evidencing the purchase from the Seller.
2. The terms of the manufacturer's warranty are valid if the buyer can show: 
   1. proof of purchase (bill of lading, proof of payment) 
      1. the manufacturer's or distributor's warranty card (if the manufacturer or distributor has included one in the delivery).
3. The manufacturer's warranty is void if:
   1. the serial number (if any) of the Goods has been altered, obliterated or cannot be determined.
   2. optional equipment
   3. if the product is already in use and shows signs of wear
4. Additional terms:
   1. Delivery of damaged Goods to the Seller shall be at the Customer's expense.
   2. The defect shall be rectified within a maximum of 20 working days and a minimum of 5 working days. If additional materials are to be ordered, the time limit shall be agreed separately.
   3. The Goods may only be returned if they have not been used and are not damaged and are in their original packaging.
5. Right of cancellation
   1. When shopping at www.amatiprint.lv, the consumer may exercise the right of cancellation
   2. right. The consumer shall return the goods to the seller or hand them over to the seller no later than 14 days after sending the cancellation form or notice of exercise of the right of cancellation. The time limit is met if the goods are returned before the expiry of the 14-day period.
   3. In order to exercise the right of cancellation, the consumer must notify by filling in the cancellation form and sending it to Balvi, Teātra iela 10 or by e-mail to info@amatiprint.lv
   4. The Seller shall refund to the Consumer the amount of money paid by the Consumer, excluding the delivery costs paid by the Consumer, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the information about the Consumer's decision to cancel the contract. 
   5. During the period for exercising the right of cancellation, the consumer shall have the right to use the goods to the extent necessary to inspect them. In exercising the right of cancellation, the consumer shall be liable for any use of the goods which goes beyond the purpose for which the goods are to be examined, for any use of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of cancellation which is incompatible with the principle of good faith and for any diminution in the quality and safety of the goods. 
   6. The consumer shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods, unless the seller has agreed to bear these costs or has not informed the consumer that the costs must be borne by the consumer.
6. The Seller reserves the right to change the price of products without prior notice.
7. Prices are valid for the period stated on the invoice. If payment is not made within the time specified in the invoice, the Seller reserves the right to adjust the price without prior notice.
8. The funds credited to the "My Balance" account may only be used for ordering products from the Seller's product catalogue.

When returning the goods, the consumer must ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in transit.
