How to Prepare a Print File Correctly

How to Prepare a Print File Correctly
PDF Format: Prepare and submit your design in PDF format to ensure the best quality and compatibility.
Page Layout: There is no need to add spreads.
Fonts: Convert all layout fonts to curves to ensure that the font is displayed correctly.
Image Resolution: Use raster images with a resolution higher than 200 dpi to ensure sharpness and quality.
Colour Palette: Use the CMYK colour palette. RGB or Pantone colours may not be accurately represented. A sample can be printed at an additional cost to check colour match.
Crop Marks and Margins: For accurate printing, the layout must have crop marks and must extend at least 3 mm beyond the crop lines. Make sure that the text is not too close to the crop edges and that the fold lines are clearly indicated.
File name: We recommend that you include as much information as possible about the print file itself in the name of the layout file to make it easier to identify.
Print Sample: Include a JPG or printed sample to give an idea of how the print job will look.
