Manufacture of packaging

Step by step, Amati Print in has come to small-scale packaging production.
What does this mean?
Think green - don't produce unnecessary volumes of packaging just because 100,000...0000 is a cheaper price, but the boxes are not used as much.
Delivery and production in Latvia. Less environmental impact when sourcing and manufacturing in Latvia and Europe.
Small packaging - means well thought-out visual presentation of goods. We can make boxes of the right size for different products.
How is the packaging made?
The most common board used for packaging is 1.5 mm micro corrugated board. We use it to make parcel boxes in different sizes. If the item is heavier or has to travel a very long distance, we use 3mm cardboard, with a double layer of glue and additional intermediate layers.
Our company uses white/coated cardboard or brown/brown cardboard. White board with one side coated ensures excellent print quality and brilliant print colours.
How is the packaging printed?
We print packaging using a special UV printing technology that ensures vivid colours on the packaging. Packaging can be very varied in small runs. And the ink is water-resistant, not damaged by contact with water, and does not break at the folds, but is flexible. An additional option is the UV varnish design elements on the packaging, which guarantee luxury design accents in the packaging design. We also print in white. White looks brilliant and rich on brown/brown cardstock.
Why order small quantities?
We are most often chosen by companies that have an online shop with individual products that need to be packed and shipped in specially designed packaging. For promotional events or social media mailings and special promotions, you need boxes with creative designs in small quantities. Or if you are a small business starting out, you only need a few printed boxes to package your products and make them look great. Amati Print helps and offers to produce packaging in the size you need, with customised designs for different products. The technology we offer is cost effective up to approximately 500 +/- packaging units. For more packages with the same design, it is more cost-effective to order a die-cut cliché and print in offset or screen printing.
How to order a package?
Ordering packaging step by step:
1. What is the size of packaging required?
2. What is the number of times the packaging needs to be produced?
3. What is the desired packaging design? For example, a removable lid or the classic "mailerbox" which can be conveniently sent by parcel post, or looks great when gifted and opened, another option is a pull-out box.
4. Will the design be produced by the customer or by AMATI Print?
5. What colour should I choose for the packaging? White/white or brown/brown?
6. How heavy is the product to be packed?
7. What is the desired production time?
If you know the answers to all the questions, you are ready to order your packaging quickly, but if there are many uncertainties, we will be happy to help you and together we will create a beautiful packaging for your product.
On the AMATI Print website you can find the most popular sizes, upload your design and send it to AMATI Print for printing. But if you can't find the size you need, contact us and we'll make the layout to your exact measurements. After confirming your order, we will send it to you so you can prepare the design.
We always send the customer a video or photo of the first print of the box before we print the packaging, so that we can check together that everything is in order and exactly as the customer wants.
To make ordering easier, we have created a price calculator and offer FREE layouts of the most popular sizes, which can easily be used for the technical design of the packaging.
